Authors need to register before submitting their manuscript or, if already registered, can log in and begin the submission process.

Submission of a manuscript to this journal implies that it has not been published or submitted to any other journal, and the author has obtained appropriate permission to use the data included in the manuscript. The following conditions apply:

• Authors must prepare manuscripts according to the journal's formatting guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines may delay the review process. Proper manuscript formatting also enhances the discoverability of articles in electronic databases.
• The manuscript must be written in fluent, comprehensible, and correct Arabic. Authors should ensure that the manuscript is free from linguistic errors. Otherwise, it may be rejected during pre-assessment. Proofreading is strongly advised.
• Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word using the MUHIBBUL ARABIYAH template and submitted electronically via the journal’s website. The journal only accepts online submissions, so authors must log in before submitting their article.
• Submissions must adhere to academic writing standards and follow the citation style recommended by the journal. Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal's submission criteria will be returned for corrections.

Peer-Review Process
MUHIBBUL ARABIYAH: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa Arab is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal. All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process, in which both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous. This ensures an unbiased evaluation based solely on the quality of the research. The review process adheres to international academic standards. Articles are selected based on their content rather than the reputation of the author.

Authors will receive the final review results, and if revisions are required, they must resubmit the revised manuscript within six weeks following the provided recommendations. The system will send reminders every two weeks. If the revised manuscript is not submitted within this period, it will be treated as a new submission.

Once a manuscript is accepted for publication, the corresponding author will receive proof pages (PDF) for final proofreading before publication. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the final version. All submissions are subject to final approval by the Editor-in-Chief.

This journal operates using Open Journal Systems (OJS), an open-source journal management and publishing platform developed and distributed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP).
